Handmade pizza, fresh-rolled pasta, and time-honored family recipes — served across six South Shore locations.
In 1974, brothers Pasquale "Pat" and Giovanni "John" Viscariello — immigrants from Airola, Italy — opened the first Mamma Mia's in Kingston, Massachusetts. Named in honor of their mother, the restaurant carried a single vision: serve authentic Italian food made from the homemade ingredients they grew up with.
Their children grew up in the business, and through the passion of that second generation, Mamma Mia's has expanded to six towns across the South Shore. Each location has its own unique charm that reflects the character of its community. But what connects every restaurant is a common mission — to make every visit feel like home.
From intimate family dinners to milestone celebrations, Mamma Mia's offers private dining rooms and full-service catering across our locations. Our team will work with you to create a custom menu and experience you'll never forget.
Open for lunch and dinner daily — find the location nearest to you.
